In more detail, between points A and B you (the employer) and we (the executor) will do the following:
1. Compose an efficient job advert and will edit it upon necessity.
2. Advertise the vacancy in job sites in the Baltic States and continuously update it.
3. Send out the description of the vacancy to our candidate database.
4. Choose candidates from the flow of incoming applications (CV’s).
5. Conduct telephone interviews with the candidates.
6. Invite selected candidates to an interview with the employer.
Thus, you get candidates, who are ‘willing and able’.
‘Willing’ – because the vacancy interested them, they applied for it, confirmed their interest during the course of the selection process and, finally, attended an interview with you.
‘Able’ – because they match the requirements, have the necessary experience, knowledge and skills.
